Had problems with flow all morning, convinced I had air in the system I could actually see the airbubbles passing though the elbow of the outlet of my DI cylinder. I dismantled it and found no visible water in the resin :o. Topped it up with pure and taped the threads and screwed the top back on. Seems ok now ???

This has happened to me before, haven't a clue why it does it! ???

When you take the lid off shouldn't the water be on top of the resin so the beads are suspended in water? I never look when I change my resin.

when you take the top off the water should be over the resin, you are either putting to much in or you have a problem with air on the vessel

Have you got your pump before the di tank or after?
When the pump is after the di tank it can draw air through as well as water.

After DI. I came to the conclusion that air was being sucked in somewhere. Maybe it was the threads on the head. I had an emergency stop on Monday so maybe the sudden jolt started something. Buggered if I could find it for definate though.
