Title: Omnipoles BRILLIANT Service
Post by: The Seven Bays Window Cleaning Company on May 29, 2009, 11:15:45 pm
Just to like to say:

That I have received a 1st class service from Omnipole.

They have replied to all my emails, answered calls, and  given me good advice as to what products were needed for my requirements.

After the order was placed, I received the goods BEFORE the date that they were due - BRILLIANT!

On top of that - the quality , and workmanship of the Powerpole, and accessories are up there with the best.

In fact I had a querie with the set up tonight - so sent an email and received an almost instant reply. :o

So, as far as customer service goes - I can't fault them   - Well done Omnipole ! :)

So you are saying the due date for delivery was in fact not kept, not good if no-one was at home coz you were told it was being delivered the next day......................... UN-BRILLIANT..... is that a proper word ;D

I've done a fair bit with Omnipole myself and I've found the service good.  There has been the occasional hiccup but hey, no-one's perfect and at least they put it right.
No, I'm not affiliated before anyone asks.

I've had no problems with Omnipole. I will continue to do business with Omnipole and if I need to complain about anything to them I can always telephone or email them away from cleaning forums.

It makes for interesting reading (good or bad), as to how low some people sink with their mannerism unto others when complaining. Unprofessional and not adviseable IMO.

I think that's what the other post was all about, he was trying to get an answer by telephone but couldn't, in the meantime he had to put customers on hold while waiting for the part.
Sometimes we all get so wound up we'll try anything to get it resolved, rightly or wrongly :-\

it was the power pole you wanted to know about wasnt it ? or do you want to know about the gutter vac pole ? or both

I have used the power pole, rigid pressure washer kicks in and then the fight starts lol, big learning curve. But I love learning so all good  ;)

yer the power pole. I use the S2 for the vac. Been eyeing a grassy gutter at nearly 50' today and wondering how I could spike it at that height. Might be able to do it with the S2 but I don't want to damage it trying and probably won't have the torque to twist it as the pole is modular and would spin.

Cut some teeth in to a "crevice nozel" (its the one that looks like its been stood on a flattened out a bit) and fit in on the end of the SL2. Move it back and forth along the guttering and it will cut through the blockage. do it with out the vac on to start with to loosen it up then again with the vac on to suck it up...  ;)

Ta Mr H. - do you spike or do you always saw at it?

I've found a spike brilliant for tugging a couple of feet of turf over the side but I've only used it at second storey.

I've got an Omnipole spike and it works well, I just use it with the jet wash lance at times but when your working higher or its just a gutter empty they want then I just use the attachment.
