Title: single di to twin di

currently using single di and tds now at 5-6ppm. Is it time to goto twin di? also should the old vessel now be 2nd in line?

Yep, time for a second one & let the older one pre-filter the new one so the new one is being fed 005tds water. ;)

When the older one hits the same tds as your tap water change them again in the same way as before & continue the cycle.

You DI only?

the part spent resin/vessel goes 1st the new is second. When the 1st gets to near your tap TDS refill with new and use as second.
