Not quite as bad if I sit still too long I'm given jobs to do, and with 3 kids I go to work for some peace and quiet  :)

Cos I start early if I pop home about 10 or 11 my wife thinks I've hardly done anything, she forgets there is work being done all the time. I start about 6 often so by 10 I've done half a days work

Or the best is if you stay home and do some admin.
'While you're off work can you....' ::)
