Title: RO Booster Pumps
Post by: Fieldsy on May 26, 2009, 06:48:08 pm
In the event that I end up getting an ro unit without an integrated booster pump, could someone point me in the right direction to someone who stocks them for ro units. I tried wcw and it states the item I am after is no longer available ??

Do these pumps run in line after the mains and before the RO or after the RO and before the DI??

thanks in advance

i'm not sure on this one i think your right in what you've said that makes sense.

Try varitech  (T) 01626 830 830

I use these for all my water filters resin fittings etc

These guys are very knowledeable regarding wfp setups.
no website, have online catalogue to look at.

You could get a pressure tester for your outside tap from machine mart.

I think mine is 5 bar 75 psi (this is good pressure)

I have 200 gpd ro-man system produces 27 ltrs an hour.

I think it's andrews water treatment, will loan you a pressure checker if i find their website will post on here.

hi ,fieldsy.

I have ro-man 200 gpd system. produces 27 litres an hour.

625 litre tank (managed to fit in back of my ford escort), when i bought it. from pensteel, £125

I live in waltham abbey, essex junction 26 M25.

Unfortunately my setups at my parents, my place to small :'(

My water producing system is bigger than i need but i did this as it's not at my place, just let my dad run until full then got 3 days water ;)

With rain butts i could see over spills ;D .

It's up to you mate but in my opinion it's better to have a bigger setup running at half pelt than running a small one at full pelt.

If i'm to far away i'm sure someone on here will glady spare you some time.

all the best lee.

Might be back on later, letting 4 yr old daughter play cee-beebies games now ;D
