Title: What can be scotchgarded ?
Post by: kinder clean on May 22, 2009, 08:37:13 pm
Carpets - if they have a low wool content, say 20% and the rest is synthetic would a scotchgard treatment bond ?

Upholstery - What are the rules ? which upholstery fabrics are suitable for a scotchgard treatment and which are not ?

Cheers
Paul

Why not silk? Either a number of fine coats of water based or no probs with solvent based.
Basically all carpets/ fabrics except polyprop or high polyprop content would benefit from treatment.
