Could you please give me an idea what I should be charging to clean all the UPVC Cladding?
I'm starting to pick up more of this work, and in the past have have always had a problem getting the right ( in my favour) price.

I'd give that all a good dose of this
(http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/Ecover_Truck_wash.jpg)
with a pole and nozzle fed via a garden pressurised sprayer.
Then pole it off.
Allow a day.

£250

i would say about £230 and use TFR and if ya got a trolly systam use hot water if you can thats what i do and its a doddle and it wont take all day i reckon u could do it in 5 hours

£250-300.
Get a facia brush as well. They are a lot stiffer and it takes less scrubbing on green bits etc.

Where do you get a facia brush from ???

With hot water you would be surprised how quickly you`d get this done, the bit over the roof would be easy with an SL2 and is the pole i would use to do all of it.

i have a garden sprayer but only on a short hose. Who has a diy version of this i can look at and can ye control it from ground?

That looks a very quick job with a light pole. I might be way off but i reckon i'd look at that as 3 hours hard work and would have quoted around £120 - £140.
And if it was simply algae on there i would hope for nearer 2 hours.
I would use a trolley and tfr or something for this. If you do alot of this work it would be worth spending £80 or whatever on a backpack and pump the mix up a pole 1st. Or put a T piece and shut off valves between pump and water tank and run the spare hose into a barrel of tfr mix.
And then connect the pole to the garden tap and rinse off.
I use a pump crop sprayer for conservatory roofs and lower and i would be interested to see how they would pump up that height. Cos mine has a maximum of around 12 feet. Horizontally.

Ian I think Andy means a Vikan Sill brush, I have one brilliant for cladding but crap for fascias and soffits lol.
they are about £35 from pure freedom.
