I was explaining wick back to a customer earlier and the thought occured to me that if the mark can wick back up then it hasnt really been cleaned out in the first place just pushed lower in the carpet fibre ??? ???

or perhaps......... you've taken out the top half of the spill but not the remaining half that is in the base of the carpet, so as the carpet dries the bit you left behind wicks up to the surface.

Yeah thats kind of what I was getting at - just wondering at what point a customer will spot it and and say that the remainder is being hidden rather than cleaned.
Also wouldnt it be reactivated next time it was cleaned?
Cheers

NEVER discuss negatives with prospects. Put a negative idea in someones head and they will expect it to happen !!!!
