Title: Getting into housing association/council cleans

Hello, was just curious on how you get a foot in the door with housing associations/councils when they need their properties cleaning.  Thanks in advance

i used to work for the council, they have their own cleaners on there books. its much cheaper for them

  If you goto your county councils website it should say how to get onto there aprooved list.
