Title: Quotation forms
Post by: tonylee on May 17, 2009, 10:22:06 am
Morning all,
Twice in eight years I have been caught out by not writing down what was agreed at the time I quoted. Since I have had a new van and included upvc and conservatory roof cleaning in the sign writing, two people have assumed that the price quoted is for everything, as it's written on the side of the van. I do quote more for first cleans.
So, dose anyone have a template I could lift that shows I do these other services but at the time of quotation they know what they are paying for.
Thanks
Tony

When going to quote i ask what they want a quote for .... house windows, conservatory windows, conservatory roof or fascias ?

Ususally they tell me which they want a quote for or ask for them all seperate. I ALWAYS write down what i quote for each customer as a record for myself incase they think about it and get back to me later. That way i know what i quoted.

Get a diary for just your quotes, write them in and get a leaflet with your contact details on and the quote for each.
