Title: hair and dogs
Post by: eco freindly. peoples champion ron .sherlock on April 20, 2005, 07:49:39 pm
i thought i had seen it all, no! today i was at a huge detatched house in sussex to give it a spring carpet clean so i was told when booked. got there it was huge. not much change out of a million pounds, i would think . got the equipment out. lady said to me you will be using your own electricity wont you. i said no i will be using yours . i then asked for the kitchen so i could get water. she said no. ill get it. after 7 buckets she started complaining about the fact she was not being paid to fetch and carry, then istarted vaccuming and could not get the dog hairs out of the carpet. tried 3 different ways of vaccuming incluing sebo .ninja.henry to no avail.to cut it short she let this beast in, jack russel which went for my feet, and finally stuck its poisoned fangs into my calf, and was told not to play with the dog. i was dripping blood and asked for aplaster. dont have any was the sharp reply. did the job presented the bill, and was asked to deduct money for the use of electric and water. whats next. ??? :'(

This is just one of the reasons why you should always carry out a survey before the day of the work being carried out, on my form it asks the customer about water and power etc ::)

Gavin

So you expect the guy to travel 45 miles for a quotation and then 45 miles back, without payment???

I dont think so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
