The reasons people moan or cancel never cease to amaze me!

Just had woman cancel because a week after we cleaned her windows it rained and they were dirty again!

i had a bloke say can we make it 8 weekly now not 4 because of "the world economic crisis!" what the heck does that mean??
not ive lost my job etc, economic crisis!? ;D

bloke told me last week water made marks on roof tiles ;D

'It doesn't feel clean' is the best I've had.
Obvious answer - well is it or isn't it.
Still had to do a re-clean.
