Holiday? what's that?
Had one of those days today with two jobs that took at least three times longer than anticipated and turned into right pigs. I'm way behind this week with the forecast all up the shoot, three new cleans tomorrow in another town that wanted quotes over the phone. I just know I'm in for another stressy day tomorrow. :-\
Need a holiday.

I always book my holidays a year in advance that way I know how to pace myself through the year.
-
Do you ever get stressed Alex?
I bet your one of those guys who just giggles when your hose tangles around the hundredth plant pot of the day or laughs when it rains.
I'll have to have a word with MrsA. :)
-
I do get stressed the same as anyone. I try and keep the stress for the things that matter - easier said than done. Hose tangles are enough to stress a saint at the end of a tiring day!! I find growling helps :)

Matt,
You may have tried it already but you gotta go for the sauna. The stress jysts melts away. You walk out offering everyone your cedit card & pin. Hot but Chilled.
( this is where I learnt window cleaning, Longleat. Don't go for the contracts, they take ages & ages to pay. )

yes, we try and stay in the exec villa's at center parc's and they have attached to the exec vila's, they are part of them, each exec villa has a sauna
i allways challenge myself with them, i set the timer and pour water on the coals, then pop out, do the same again and it goes past the read, i once managed to stay in for 7 mins :) :) i know its childish and dangerous, but hey, live life on the edge

I was at Longleat in Jan and the windows were filthy! and that was in an executive suite!!! When we were leaving we saw a window cleaner going around in his van. By the looks of it it was a 6 monthly job!

its done "in-house" the 2 of them spend 5 days a week in a massive cycle of cleaning windows, they do the main area's every week
the problem is the tree sap and dust makes them dirty very quickly

stress aint good for you alex at your age, ;D
i converted my garage into a stress relief place as ive always been quick to get stressed and a on off fuse, so a simple 6ft punch and kick bag a speed ball a few loose weights,
i simply do a few weights when stressed and helps me get real mean, then i simple destroy the bag and then im all good , i come out of there calm and happy.
