any tips from a new un   brand new house white painted wooden frames,

if labels are on the glass you will have to do with scraper

Carefully! (labels that is) try something like citurs gel - it softens the gum on the label. You don't want to be the first one to put a scratch on the nice new glass - although its quite likely to have scratches already!!

If they are brand new I would do the frames inc the glass every time. It will be quicker in the long run. But watch out for the vents often on wooden frames they go straight through.
