Think he's referring to his post in the "general cleaning" section but missed something out, he's asking about stripping/sealing a floor.

The floor isn't being stripped it's just a clean before a seal. The floor has never been sealed.
As I have never done an inside job and he don't want his kitchen flooding with a pressure washer I thought of a carpet steamer with extraction, but the carpet cleaners don't seem to want to do it. Why?
