He's in Essex, I went there a few weeks ago picked up a nice little pole they produced themselves, £40 not bad, Ideal for patio doors etc.
Also they are starting to make their own guttervacs, they'll be starting at £600 with 45ft of hose.

I looked at it aswell, but it does not have even half the stuff that others sell as a package.

Have you got a gutter vac W.W?

Have you got a gutter vac W.W?
on order here in a couple of weeks, and I looked everywhere trust me.

45' of 51mm hose will put one hell of a strain on your average window cleaners pole :o
You could be trying to support forty odd feet of hose and forty feet of pole - all right if you are built like a horse.
That's one reason it's so cheap (no pole). The vac itself isn't particularly expensive either. Getting what your paying for there.

Hi Glyn dont worry I'm sticking with the Omni vac. I've got to be honest though and say I do think your prices are a little on the steep side and need looking at :-\. I,am also a little miffed by the fact that I have had to call Omnipole on numerous occasions regarding prices etc as your website price list has been unavailable for more than a few weeks now.I was told by one of your friendly staff weeks ago that your new range of Omnivacs would be in definately by the end of april? . Phoned a few days ago still no sign of them although was told they should be here mid may?.I have now unfortunately had to start looking elsewhere on the net, sorry glyn just being honest. Over to you ;)

To be honest I am not happy either as I ordered and paid for our consignment in the second week of March and we were informed to expect delivery the first week of April.
The vacs are built to our own specification new design 51mm inlet and 3 x1400 watt motors and because of this apparantly they are not built on a normal production line. I have been informed they will be with us by week commencing 18th May.
Have you ordered with us already? as we have almost sold out of the 110 volt models before they arrive.
-
Yes Glyn spoke to Andrea and jools and I'm on the list. My only concern is due to the time these are taking to be " exclusively " made for Omnipole/vac IF at any point their should be a motor fault or similar can you guarantee that it will not take as long to get them fixed and returned ?....I'm aware the manufacturing process is not done in house so can only assume it is therefore out of your hands?.For these reasons I'm not too sure whether or not to go for the new Omni vac or not, hence looking for an alternative one on here, sorry :(. Also when do you anticipate getting the website price list up to date ?, cheers Gripper
-
Although we do not manufacture the vac's we carry spares and can in the unlikley chance of a fault, rebuild them from top to bottom.
The poles etc. are built in our workshops.
No supplier or manufacturer builds all their componant parts, in fact virtually all brand vacumm cleaners use the one major motor manufacturing company in the world.
-
Ok thanks, I will have take your word on that as I know very little about vacuum manufacturing..... So, any idea on when your website "price list" will be up n running :-\
-
Do you need a copy of the latest brochure and price list? if so I will email it to you

The new 4200w star vacuum cleaner has more wattage than the old ISSA 640 but the air flow litres per second is lower than the Issa Also the new one only holds 60 litres and the old one holds 80.
So my question is the old vacuum cleaner has more sucking power than the new one am i right. ???
-
Thanks for that question :o Interesting that ! Like I said I know very little about Vacs in general so will await for a reply to this before I part with any cash.

The two stage bi-pass motors for both machines are manufactured by the same OEM.
In our tests prior to changing manufacturers and from reports from customers that have purchassed both types from us the new machine has greater suction power (approx 15% greater).
The original machine may have held more dry debris but the new machine holds 5 litres more wet debris.
The capacity is irelevant as it is highly unlikely that the machine would ever be filled to capacity from clearing gutters, as the weight of the machine would inhibit movement across grass etc. even at 3/4 full the likley wet debris weight would be in the region of 150lb. On a very large contract it would be good working practice to empty the machine several times and remove the more often than not mud.

I am one of Glyns customers who have had both vacuum's and the the latest one is better in my opinion. With the latest one you can empty the water without tipping the machine up which helps if the gutters are full of water. The suction is also better !

Sorry Glyn I really don't want to get into a huge debate over who's Vac's do what. I was merely asking what I thought was a valid question :( and I also think" cleanglassuk 's" question was also a genuine one, (unless you know something I don't ?). In relation to getting down to London that's almost impossible at the moment due to work load and other committments. Just to let you know,I have watched on numerous occasions a friend of mine who already has the Omnivac set up and I was impressed hence the interest.I 'am on a budget at the moment which means I really need to do my homework and find out what's out there and at what costs?. PS; Their will be no more posts from me regarding this topic, cheers Gripper :-X

Ours is a 2400 watt, but with the cyclone inlet this adds alot of power, we have quite a few happy clients with our Polarbrite gutter vac.
-
Do you sell a 38mm cyclone inlet too?
