Does anyone know if they are still going  ???


ordered something online over 7 week ago now and never got my email returned and never any answer on the phone? took my money though!! :-\

Sounds about right for Emporium..... They are getting a lot of bad publicity for poor or non-existant customer care.
Do a seach on the forum for Emporium as there are a couple of new phone numbers knocking around for them...... If no joy contacting them then I sugest you contact your credit card company and ask them to make a "claw back" to get your money refunded.
