Title: Tm Waste licence
Post by: kevin sparrow on May 07, 2009, 09:30:50 pm

Does anyone who runs a TM have a Environment Agency waste licence?

The question is as you carry waste water do you need to be licenced by the EA?

Any thoughts?

I have been down this road time & time again & always no ones if you need one at EA or councils or water companys.

You need a 'knows' in their somewhere  ;D

Yes, this was done to death recently on Truckmounters and basically it's up to you but not many seem to be bothering.

I use a portable and I am aware that I should not dump it down an open storm drain, I read somewhere it could be £1000 fine. Mostly it's disposed down the toilet. I often wonder how Prowler owners get on with no waste tank?
