Here is a copy of an email I recieved from an absolute clown of a customer, we charge 6 quid for his 3 bed semi in a really nice part of stoke(yes there are some)
He doesnt maintain his property well, sills rotten and all that, He's being emailing me every month with a complaint of some sorts when I know theres nothing wrong. We clean about 30 jobs on this rd.

Hello,
I got a note through the door on Monday saying that the windows had been cleaned so thanks for that. However the window on the garage hasn't been done and I'm sure that the window sills are supposed to be wiped over right? Well none of those have been done either?
Any idea why?
Paul.
RESPONSE
Hi Paul,
Thanks for your email,
I am sorry if you are unhappy with the service provided,
We strive to keep costs low and our customers happy.
We have not increased prices for over 4 years and intend to keep prices frozen throughout the current financial crisis.
It appears that you are not happy with the service that we provide so it would most probably be best for both parties if we no longer cleaned your windows.
I am happy to charge half of the agreed price for the last clean which was on 04/05/2009. Could you please forward payment within 30 days of this date.
Thanks for your valued custom and good luck for the future.
Kind regards,
Dean
Professional enough do you think guys?
I cant wait for the response from this idiot at being put on a 30 dayer for £3 ;D ;D
A frustrated Dean.

Dean,i reckon that email back to the customer was perfectly worded and professional.
There are some awkward customers out there sometimes and luckily enough in my experiance these types have allways been easy to drop, but i imagine that sometimes you would have to grin and bear the rubbish that some give you.
