How can you wfp flats at 3rd floor level,but not get water on flats windows below( which are not being cleaned), causing spots/spoiling.Is this a case of ladder and trad over wfp?Any one in a similar position?

offer to wash the lower wons as ther wndy can not rech abuth o dont wont togothat hi if them be low dont wont you then thats ther prob as you have a rite tostay safe

do them in the rain, then the lower flats will not know ;)

Are you serious 4 floors up on a ladder just to clean a window? :o
I've used rope operated ladders on my own many years ago to get to a flat roof of about the 3rd or 4th floor - Never again !!!

Just clean them WFP and wait and see if you get any feed back from the residents below ;D. They might even collar you and ask you to add them on to your round :). A lot of people living in flats are renting and probably wont even care if their windows get wet as they dont own the property.

Just clean them, if the down stairs want a quote for there's all good, ladders no chance, make sure you charge well for the first clean ;)
