Animals:
animals may panic or unnerve window cleaners, who may be attacked or bitten.

so who is it thats been biting cats and dogs?

i thinks its a good article. it highlights risks and give positive sugestions for difusing situations, i did a very simular piece for my micro teach at college.
the only thing i think he should have put was risk when collecting.

yeah i thought it was a useful article for the forum,see im not all about winding ppl up  :P
