Someone else had a similar idea on here and JoUK showed how easily two angle adapters can be combined to give the extra arm. Could take several different tools with the vikan style thread. I think the pad's a bit large on the clip but that can be easily rectified.

The bloke who made this showed this on here a few weeks ago, theres no way id have that on the end of my pole, just get the scower adapter that goes on the side of your brush thats on ebay.

what we need is a quick change section on your pole,

oh hang on, some have, its called the unger cone  ;) ;) ;)
