why are people still resent full about water fed been doing them by the pole for year and half yet odd ones say there not sure about it i ask are the windows clean are they smeared  the answer is "no just can not get used to the pole"  is it they want to see hard work for there money as it does the job well  :P

Their thoughts will change over time, they are still with you so you must be doing something right.

Change back to laders and I bet money you would get loads of complaints

Hi, they are bored and nothing else to say apart from dumb statements about nothing. A bit like this one!!!!!!!!!!

Peoples minds have changed over the last year or so in favour of WFP i would say as more and more WC`s are now using that method of working,as said they wouldn`t still be with you this far down the line but there are still customers out there that like to see you really graft for your money.IMO 2 years down the line traditional window cleaners will be few and far between and i reckon they will reget not changing as customers now have the choice if they get all there windows cleaned or 2/3rds with a traditional cleaner.

I have also had a lot of customers say to me that they now love the fact they don`t have to be in for me to get at those awkward windows from the inside.
