Nice and neat, but vistaprint sites seem to be very much generic and for some reason dont rank well in google, but if it brings in work its worth it .

Hi Nat

Very Nice. Some points; there are some very minor errors in punctuation, so another really good proof-read would be handy.

You mention vacuuming carpets and mopping floors, but not sweeping/vacuuming floors.

You mention PAT testing 'all' your machinery; First of all i am not sure why you say this anyway, and secondly only the electrical machinery can be tested, therefore not 'all' machinery is tested. Thirdly, although there is no legal obligation to PAT test, if you have it documented that you are going to do so, you are then obliged to follow it through 110%. Given that a lot of small business you clean won't bother with PAT testing themseleves, it's not much of a selling point for you IMHO. The fact that you have a correct H&S policy should be all the public needs to know.

Hi Nigel, that's the bit i need to fathom out, I know you don't automatically get ranked in Google I believe it takes a while, any tips? apart from keywords & links

Vista print don't rank well with Google??
In 8 areas round here my vista print website comes up on Google 11112325
Think they just got better and visa print websites are cheap compared to others and you can
cancel when you want and you don't lose all the money you paid up front because you pay for it monthly.

Well I feel a little more confident knowing that John, thanks(re google & vistaprint) can you offer any advice on getting ranked with Google? when they suggest linking too other sites, do you need permission from these sites? Im on Google maps & registered with Yahoo & MSN & a few FREE listings.

Change '&' to 'and'
