just needing to know if this fabric (dralon) is alright to be wet cleaned or is it a dry clean fabric.

I was originaly  taught, chuck plenty in just make sure you get most of it back out, it's a joy to clean, the dirtier the better.
That's when you get the real wow factor.

but remember to use warm water not hot, you can easily leave tool marks and alter the pile,

I love Draylon ;D The only thing I would add is give it a good vac first and don't have the water too hot (40c - 45c should be hot enough) as it can distort the pile, towel well and dress the pile and it will look super 8)

Just wipe the towel down the pile on the suite so it dries all even without the pile going two ways..

If only all suites were made of this stuff. Easy to clean and dry fast.

Always worth taking your time assessing any suite never get complacent.

I use the micro fibre cloths and they're brilliant!!!!

Yes Colin that's what I use too, very good for these suites. Very handy for the backs too  ;)

I remember years ago lots of Dralon suites around, you could get such great results on them. Gradually over the years they became less popular, now I only find an occasional one, but I do think they can still be bought new in some shops yet.
