Title: wfp pole-recommendation please
Post by: brianbarber on April 26, 2009, 10:16:39 pm
I am currently about to buy a new pole, i have currently a cheapish one that fully extended reaches 24ft. I believe its fibre glass.
I can do 3 storey houses ok, but would like a bit higher reach, maybe to do 4 storey windows , and more rigidity, this current one i have flaps about all over the place when fully extended.
And which would be a better brush?, i use a vikan 11 rounded ends brush at moment.
many thanks

Mr B

We use X-tel hybrid poles for our 3/4 story work and can't fault them for the price. We have 12" gooseneck brushes; very, very useful for reaching over window boxes and reaching slightly set back windows.

Try essensually pure they have some 35ft hybrid poles for sale just ring them to get a price, for the brush i would definately recommend gardiners super light flocked, very light and great cleaning.

Gardinerpolesystems' 30ft (actual, not reach) SL-X pole with their supet-lite brush.

Have to agree the slx pole is brilliant. I have both a hybrid x tel 28 and an slx 25. The hybrid is good but the slx is soooo much better, but only I you can get used to the clamps.
