Are they boarding the job or do they expect you to shift the boards between lifts ? Given the right run on the scaffold I'd quote for 2 days on your own.
-
i agree, I'd say about two days.
It's up to you how much you want to charge a day including chemicals
-
there is some pics missing i was thinking more like 3 days two men but like iv said iv never done a brick clean, i guess i dont need the job but i would be nice to work up a relationship with this client
-
not sure how to put them up what is your email?
-
I do quite a few of these, make sure the muck is well dry and use no chemicals unless you really have to, Get a bloke to sort out the boards and caddy the hoses and you'll whizz through it. I did one that had a swimming pool, bar, cinema, wine cellar, gym, sauna, hot tub and utility room in the basement and it was all face brickwork - It took a whole day but the outside only took 3/4 of a day
-
personally i'd wait to all that scaffold is down and hire a small cherrypicker its a right sod having to work off scaffold ie moving your hose's around you should p*** it in 2 days that way,btw is it new build or a revamp?
-
wat does a brick clean involve if ya dont mind me askin im presuming just pressure washing the brickwork or is there more too it
cheers richy
