When I went over to water fed pole, I was aware that mechanical things were involved. So as before I kept a stock of detergent and squeegee rubbers and the like. I now have two pumps on the van one for backup, also spare brushes heads and all connectors. ;) I’m glad as I have had a pump fail and it took 3 days to get a replacement. >:( So don’t get caught out, you don’t get paid for down time. :)

Totally agree, i think i now have spares on everything. Except a 30 ft pole.

thats true..and what I intend to do now...just a question of sourcing all the individual parts direct...or as near as possible...try and cut out the middle man.....would be nice to have a rack of spares in the unit.

All very true, I in fact have a rack of 'spare' :-[
I must add to it, but if my pump dies then that is the one 'spare' I do have ;D
In fact I wish I had a spare inner tube for my trolley wheel, was pumping it up and ended out tearing the valve away :'(
Darn it >:( I need the trolley tomorrow too, and for a house that will be done before the local cycle shop opens :-\
Bah >:(

Is there any milage in some kind of coordinated buyers club, combined with an insurance scheme?. A spare pump for example or 24ft. pole is a big chunk of money tied up,just in case, but £10 or £20 per month for an over-night replacement service sounds good to me.
You might ask who would want to coordinated such a thing, but if it meant that I could negotiate much better deals for my benifit, then I would.

My aquatec trolley has solid tyres, but I've used tyre-weld (or flat-mate) - same sort of stuff - loads of times in my car(s) and it will easily pump up trolley tyres - just don't over-fill it!
Modified to add - sorry - I didn't notice you said you tore the valve away - that might be beyond its capabilities!

Mmm, a ripped out valve is proper punctured 8)
Mine is an Aquatic trolley too.....as you may have gathered, the tyres aren't solid on mine :-\

;D...should get loads of mileage out of those then......
