Title: Any one clean this type of floor?

I have a customers who works in a computer store in Birmingham City Centre.

They have a hard wearing plastic flooring like what you use in bathrooms and kitchens, it has scuff marks and tape residue on it which needs removing and cleaning.

Sure it's plastic?  From experience with these types of locations it may well be Amtico or Karndean vinyl.
