nice round for sale
all domestic in hale barnes and bowden (nice affluent areas)
all customers are really nice
all 4 weekly work cleaned by trad and wfp
work has been cleaned every 4 weeks without fail (books can be seen)
all customers either pay cash as you clean or invoice them, so no need to collect
£1266 is the total income per clean, but usually well exceeds this due to customers requesting other jobs i.e gutters, pressure washing, internal windows, and so on
asking price for the work is £6,500
i will not take installments
any interested party can clean the work with me if they so desire, and if they decide to purchase, cash must be paid before they take over
i have a very good reputation in the area, so no timewasters please

well done rwc ;).....unless your really slow, then it takes 15 and a half days, or 3 weeks if your van gets a puncture :).... lol

system only for sale when round is sold, this is a spare system that is only used on this round
or round and system together
