Found this if it is of any use to anyone

3 year contract (with the option to extend for a further year) for the supply of daily office cleaning and monthly window cleaning at VOSA's Goods Vehicle Testing Station at Patrick Green, Woodlesford, Leeds, LS26 8HE

Give them a call and ask if it is possible to be considered for tender.

I only put it up for info as I found it on site I was looking at and thought someone might make use if it.
