one of my fan jets got blocked the other day , so i just carried on to finish the job with one jet....anyhow i noticed the rince was accurate and the jet was stronger....
so today i blocked one jet and worked all day with just one jet`. as the rinse is much stromnger i was able to turn the pressure down slightly... the result was i used far less water , but still gave a GOOD rinse...
now i always usually carry enough water so i dont scrimp on water... but 1 day a weeek i like to have a really good long day, and in times past i have run out of watern on a long day...but today i did a long day and actualy came home with water... i never for once felt like i was scrimping on water as i could see ther rinse gushing down the windows ... ;D
ok.... SHOOT ME DOWN ...LOL :o

A fan jet in the middle sounds okay, off to one side sounds silly. I don't really get the comment of the fan jet being accurate though as I've always found them a bit gunshot, oh you said much more accurate with the increased pressure, that explains it.

yes it does sound silly ... but try it ... you may be suprised.

Fan jets go all over the place, pencil jets do not.
Maybe some people can work/live with it, but I cannot. I like to get right up in the corners of the pane without having a fan jet blasting all over the frame.
