if its on the coast

loads of baked on bird mess ( esp as it will most likely be at the start of the season and then again middle of summer and that will be it )

the salt can be unforgiving

as for price, even though they are a caravan, they still have a fair few windows, the last static i stayed in had :

windows all around the front of it, like a shop front really, kitchen window, Bed 1, 2 and 3 , bathroom / toilet, entry door and then next to that at the dining area

I've got a touring caravan; but they're similar (only smaller) to statics.

Cleaning the windows would be no problems on a static using pure water.

However, NEVER EVER use a window cleaning spray.  I read recently in a caravan magazine that it'll damage the windows; creating like a 'crazy paving' effect.

Though this may only be on caravans of a certain age.

I wish I could find the article; but I can't.

We do a couple of static vans in our area and charge the same rates as we would for a house or bungalow.

Same as... we do them for a tenner, once the first clean is out of the way they are easy  ;)
