Title: Little things that mean so much
Post by: Feen on April 11, 2009, 06:12:03 pm: Got a cheque in the post yesterday with a note saying " Thanks very much for the gleaming windows ! ". How long did that take her? A few seconds and it made me feel really good. It's the little things like this that really make me enjoy this job.

i think its just down to finances , it kind of softened the blow :(

Post by: Slash on April 11, 2009, 06:57:19 pm: I've had people ringing me to say how good the windows looked,it's a great feeling but I did have one ringing up moaning about a smear on her kitchen window so I said I would call back in the morning,been big headed as I am I asked her was it on the inside and she was definate it was on the outside so I went around that morning to sort it out and after driving seven miles out of my way,guess what................................

IT WAS ON THE INSIDE! >:( >:( >:( >:(I did the inside to show her,why do I bother! :-\

Not being funny but if somebody phoned me to complain about " a smear" I'd be sorely tempted to tell them to get a life!
