Title: just a couple of questions

hi all,

my dad done my sisters carpets on the weekend and came across a couple of things that would not shift or not fully anyway. 1 was waterproof mascara and another was oil, like wd40 oil. what would be the best thing to use on these or would u use the same thing on them as make up is oil based anyway. Would i be right in saying solvex would be good for these.

I would try White spirit first should remove both spots without and problems.
The waterproof mascara will be oil based.
