Did anyone attend this course last Friday or have you attended previously?
If so how did you find it and would you recommend it?
Incidentally, does anyone know when the next course is scheduled as I intend to attend?
A quick note to NCCA powers that be that maybe reading: -
On the NCCA course that I attended in February we were advised (wisely) to only ever offer to treat stains, never promise to remove. The use of the word 'Removal' in this course title would seem to contradict this advice. Shouldn't this be amended accordingly as some people may be disappointed to find this out once in attendance.
-
Ian - you ask when is the next course being held. Have you looked on the NCCA website for training dates?
Re your comment about the words spot and stain removal. Have you addressed your point direct to the NCCA?
-
Hi Joe
I have looked on their site and the next one is still listed as last Friday. I will have a more in depth look shortly just in case I have missed the obvious.
Good suggestion to mention directly to the NCCA about the wording. I raised on here as I was posting about the course anyway and I know there are several key NCCA figures that are members here too.
Have you been on this course?

Ian

ive done the spot and stain ncca course, it was ok, if your new then its worth doing if only to meet fellow carpet cleaners, i met some top blokes there and one guy introduced me to CBT (even gave me a bottle to try out) which has changed my life ;D well its good stuff. anyway, get your self booked if you can afford it, if you learn one thing, then thats one thing that makes you a better cc for life. oh and if you do go, say hello to paul for me, top bloke.
