I passed my IOSH managing safely course today.

how you get it marked so quick ?????????? normally this is sent to iosh along with project that you complete as this is what i had to do

We did the project all week in the evenings, the tutor examined the papers and said we all passed and should have the certs in 2 weeks, maybe they have to go to IOSH for double checking ?

yeah they must be marked by iosh. i was given 2 weeks to complete a project within my work area of what i wa sin charge of at the time

i was going to say well done.................but shockingly none has come on this thread having a pop at you for doing training...
so blah blah blah waste of time, i know everything about everything, etc etc etc...
aint very good at that so

How many of us look at those big officer blocks and hotels thinking wow!, then we dismiss it because we wouldn't know where to start?
The guy that's doing them didn't know either at one time. Training is the key to prosperity.
Four days grafting, one day work development. That includes training and marketing.
Our insurance companies wouldn't let us near a cherry picker unless we had a certificate of competence, the same goes for cradle work.
If you want to think big, then think training, it's too late for me, but you ambitious young guys should all be taking a leaf out of Dave's book.
