does anyone provide a detailed checklist for there staff and get them to sign it each day? im just starting to do it but also wondering would you get a manager of the premises there working in to sign it as well before they can go?

Sounds a good idea, but no Manager I know is there at 6am!
I have a head cleaner in each group and its upto them to make sure its 100% and sign work tickets, or else!!!!!! :o ???

i think its a good idea as it makes them stay on thei toes as employees but my only worry with gettin a manager to sign is will it cause the manager to nit pick on a job that they ordinarilly wouldnt bat an eyelid about?

I think its a good idea to get a head employee to sign off a checklist - How much extra do you pay that person? This is the way I'd like to work when we start in contract work. Do you have a copy of any checklists you use you would like to share?
