Title: Business Pages?

Just had one delivered and can see lots of familiar names in there. My question is - who looks at it?
I've never seen one before in my life so i can only think i've got one because i'm listed on Yel.com?

first time i saw one was this year after doing a free yellow pages ad,binned my copy  ;D ;D
