You can find all you need here www.tech-clean.co.uk Make sure you buy the wet vac to remove the water and sludge that accumulates and a turbo lance to deal with the tougher jobs.

Honda pressure washer min 3000psi and 15lpm, Rotary surface cleaner 18" or larger (whirlaway or mosmatic etc) variable pressure lance, Snow shovel to collect the debris and a bucket to put it in. Would not bother with a vac (if you do go for a vac you will also need a powerful gennie) for pressure washing, however a puddle sucker is a useful tool if/when drainage is really bad. Have a look at Dual pumps; demon pressure washers; jetwash direct etc.

I have been tempted by this idea recently since finding out how much several of my customers have paid quite happily for rubbish jobs.

I have used a Northstar p/washer for the past 3 years and find it perfect for my small needs, got it from nothern tools
