does anyone out there provide this service currently ?  i have been approached to do it and i could do with a bit of advice, ta

Stapro (bio productions) and others supply fire retardency solutions. check their website.
It's  important to trial the material as a 'matting' down of the finish can occur. Their chemist (Dudley) is a useful contact
