I have tried a few different types of cleaner for this type of work, what would everybody else suggest to use when the frames are a bit yellow and very dull and chalky looking. ???

I use cheapo Wikinsons upvc cleaner but if the frames are yellow then the plastic may have deteriorated too far.

The everbuild stuff is solvent based I bought some for my my mate to do a job with ...he was as high as a kite with this solution after the first window,so I wouldn,t recommend it myself....go have a look on Kev R,s site I asked a similar question the other week and was told about a product called CHAMPION ...they say the product is a lot better than TFR and Echo wash and a lot cheaper,I,ll be ordering some ;)

scotchbrite kitchen scouring pads and a bit of detergent out of your bucket. Usually good, sometimes amazing.

scouring pads on upvc wont that scratch the surface?
-
I have used Flash with bleach in the past, but then found that cream cleaners are better.
There is a product called Renovit that is supposed to be very good, but I haven't used it myself.

I have used solvent cleaner on nicotine.
But 1 minute on a tiny piece it got most of it off but not all. Is there something alot stronger that we can buy.
Im not looking for a cheap solution but something that is very stong.

Are you from China Adam? ;D
-
no why do you ask?
Seriously is there something super strong?
