Title: Ashbys supream powder
Post by: Luc on March 26, 2009, 07:15:46 pm
i had to pop to ashbys today to get some parts for my ninja (altho i clean with a truckmount) and picked up a tub of their supream powder and was wondering if anyone else on here uses it or has tried it.  I have been using prochem but their prices have gone through the roof.
Dose it clean well and dose it work well in a truckmount.
Many thanks
Luc

Never tried, but i agree that Prochem prices seem to be getting silly, i am going to give Chemspec stuff a try once i have used up all this stock i have got. there prices seem the same but i think the dilution rates are better.

Vicol supplies offer Prochem stuff at excellent prices - much cheaper than anywhere else - you guys should give them a try. I ordered a load of stuff from them last week - only took two days for delivery.

I use Craftex Premium Clean 15Kg , Excellent product , 4  x 15g scoops per tank is usually more than enough.
This equates to 20p per 50 litre tank.

Pic of Indian Restaurant, no additives just Premium clean.

I used it in my Ninja Tank until I got the Speedster and just used acid rinse since. Now got two huge tubs in the garage collecting dust if anyone's interested. :)

The only reason i don't use top grade, is i find it very dusty.
It's so fine it becomes airborne a bit to easily, always worried about breathing it in.

Luc ,
I use it all the time . find it very good  and economical.Did you get the Supreme extra ? Helps to prevent parts of  your machine furring up .(haha Think its a couple of Calgon tablets ground into the mix ) Ashbys anti grease is also good for a prespray(great on draught marks )
