All sorted for now, if things dont work out i will be back asking.

The M&S stores are hit and miss , they have different prices for different styles, I spoke to one guy who was getting £60 for 1.5 hours work.
Also you have to examine the spec sheet closely, not all windows are included on the weekly cleans, mine have always come in on my hourly rate.
Also you have to remember there are a lot of people taking a cut, it could be a case of sub, sub, sub, sub, sub contract with each taking 20%
