Hi guys,
I need some help pricing a monthly clean for a new account. I am quite new in the world of wfp window cleaning so your thoughts would be appreciated.
The job: warehouse type office building with 10 windows (1.2m x 1.5m) and 2 shutter doors 4m wide and 6m high. I need to give a monthly price for the windows and the shutters.
How would you go about pricing - calculate how long it will take and apply an hourly rate or you have a price per item?
Thanks,
Nick

£20

take a guess at how long it will take you ( add a little time on to that )
then work out how much you want / need to earn
you have your figure

£20
Thats fair enough if theres work nearby , trouble is if its out of the way you are wasting time travelling and dropping hourly rate :(

I don't have any other clients nearby.
Hmm...would you really charge £20.00 for this job? Isn't that too cheap?
I quoted £45.00. I guess it will take about an hour. I will let you know what happens.
Thanks for your thoughts.

an hour for 10 window an a shutter, I though this WFP was suppose to be fast, £20 seems ok to me, wouldn't drive more than 5/6 miles for it though.
If you can get it for £45 though, great :)
