Do any of you used welcome letters for domestic customers ?
something like giving details about your services terms maybe :-\.
If possible could you send me a copy to give me an idea of what to put: design@windowwashers.co.uk
I have personally never done this before and i'm banging my head against the wall or what sort of thing to put in it.

No and why would you want to? They'd laugh and put it in the bin. IMO a bit OTT.

I normally send a bunch of flowers to every new customer. If it's a gutter clean then they get a box of chocolates too.

You can knock me all you like, I am trying to better my business so rather than taking the mickey you may what to think about it a little more for your own, if you dont want to do this fair enough but don't mock others for trying for something you clearly have not, I will contiune to do that extra to stand out from the others, and I cant see any harm in doing so. ::)

I'll do you all a deal, if you join the guild I will send you all a bespoke one ;D

Well traps it's thinking like this that that can go a little way to improving the customers perception of both you customer and the industry as a whole. If that goes over your head then fair enough but you really need to start thinking outside of the box
