Whats the difference between having contract cleaners, to businesses employing their own cleaning staff?

Contract cleaners are service providers at a set or pre-agreed cost / rate for an pre-agreed service.

The Client ultimately has very little management or admin responsibility (other than staying on top of the contractor and H & S). This means they can get on with what they do well and leave the cleaning to the professionals.

Directly employing cleaners is unlikely for the majority of companies as it is ultimately inefficient.
