Job today 9 years old beige/cream good quality uph. To see level of soiling I cleaned a small area with m/s and towel quite dirty. Did complete chair and extracted with t/m and still looked grubby crease lines in seat not improved greatly. tried Alltec uph cleaner and scrubbed /extracted and then acarpet degreaser and extracted still very disappointing. Uph is generally in good condition and i have been doing this for 9 years but really disappointed any one tell me how you do it/ what could be the problem.. Cheers Simon

Quite often, especially with this colour of Dralon, the acrylic pile is nice and clean, but the cotton backing has absorbed some moisture and is showing itself as being darker. This gives the effect of being soiled. The more you clean it, the worse it the worse it becomes. You'll probably find that it's fine when it's dried out.
When working, to check on quality of clean, mist some M/S on the fabric and towel off and check for any further soil transfer.
Safe and happy cleaning :)
