I use Unger soft. Haven't had any real problems with it, despite some dire warnings from others on here!  ;D

Ettore is the only rubber I use; it's more expensive; but it's the best and lasts longer too; in my honest opinion.

Pulex Soft. summer or winter, Ungers never lasted as long as Pulex. Ettore's are nice too, but prefer Pulex.

and if you misuse the rubber anyway, then it doesn't matter what brand it is  ::)

Personal preference is funny isn't it?

Wor Lass prefers Pulex to Ettore; with an Ettore rubber I find you can put next to no pressure on the squeegie and it does it's job perfectly.  I also find they last longer.

But Wor Lass, who I suspect is more heavy-handed prefers the Pulex, since you have to be (fractionally) more firmer with them.

So I always carry Pulex and Ettore with me.
