Title: is this right??!!!
Post by: jana08 on March 20, 2009, 10:07:07 am
HI
Just been to do a quote on a office which used to be a bank.

It was a lot bigger then thought, and im now finding it hard to put together a quote.

Theres two toilets, kithen, 2 rooms in the basment, and 7/8 offices of which are different sizes.

They want it all done.

rubbish thrown out, skirting boards, desks cleaned, chairs hoovered and polished, pipes wiped down, windows cleaned on the inside, all floors done, surfaces wiped down, bins cleaned, shelves cleaned .

I was gonna quote around £300, but I aint sure if its a low quotation as it may take a lot longer then I think. What do you all think?

Work out how long you think it will take you and possibly one staff member and charge accordingly. Don't be afraid to charge the right price for the job. After all if you went to a supermaket they would not let you have a12p tin of beans for 8p just to get a sale.
